I have a fantastic memory of stepping on Alan Rickman’s cloak while he was walking away from me once - which gave him an almighty bit of whiplash. I was terrifically terrified of him at the time.

I was a wreck because of the film itself.   I mean, regardless, I think anyone would find it hard…. I mean you’ve got to have a heart of stone not to find parts of it, particularly Alan Rickman’s performance just heartbreaking.
